Refund policy

C NICOLE ESSENTIALS does not grant refunds for any used items. There will be an exception in the event that a customer has  not received correct items. We ask that you CAREFULLY REVIEW each order before proceeding to checkout. All clothing must be in its original form if you are returning with reasonable cause. After your items are received they will be carefully inspected and a refund or exchange will be granted if permitted. In the event clothing needs to be returned for a different size, the items must be returned in the following conditions: Clothing must be unworn, free of stains and alterations.
